● Protecting Teachers. Supporting Students.

One child without support is one too many.

We protect teachers from compliance overload so students with disabilities receive the support they deserve.

AbleLogy reduces repetitive data entry, prevents injury, and returns instructional minutes to the children who need them most. Built for Title I realities. Designed to restore dignity, time, and equity in special education support.

The Administrative Burden

Why We Exist

Students with disabilities in Title I schools face the highest barriers to receiving timely, consistent support. Teachers and paraprofessionals are required to complete large volumes of repetitive documentation, often across multiple systems that do not communicate with each other. This administrative burden directly reduces instructional minutes and increases the risk of injury, burnout, and turnover.

The Structural Problem

  • Title I schools serve higher need populations with fewer resources.
  • Disability and poverty are strongly correlated, increasing support needs.
  • Compliance requirements have grown faster than staffing capacity.
  • Teachers spend hours per week on redundant data entry instead of instruction.
  • Injuries occur when staff are rushed, unsupported, or working alone.

The Impact on Students

  • Lost instructional minutes accumulate into lost instructional days.
  • Support delays widen achievement gaps.
  • Children with the highest needs are most harmed by system failures.

The Impact on Teachers

  • Burnout and injury drive turnover in already understaffed schools.
  • Redundant systems waste time that could be spent supporting students.
  • Isolated staff face risks that connected teams can prevent.

Who We Are

Our Story

AbleLogy was founded by educators and disability advocates who watched talented paraprofessionals leave the field due to documentation burden and isolation. We built this system because we knew the technology could do better — and because the children in Title I schools deserve better.

Our founding team includes special education teachers, behavior specialists, occupational therapists, and school administrators who lived these problems firsthand. We are not a tech company that stumbled into education. We are educators who learned to build technology.

◈ Key Principles

  • Built by practitioners, not outsiders
  • Designed for the realities of Title I schools
  • Equity-centered from the ground up
Our Mission

"To protect teachers and paraprofessionals from compliance overload so that every student with a disability receives the instructional support they deserve — especially in the schools that need it most."

Our Vision

"A world where no child with a disability loses instructional time because the adults supporting them were buried in paperwork."
